Utility Systems Operator Supervisor

Operate a wastewater treatment and related collection system assuring that the facilities wastewater effluent meet requirements established by state and federal governments:
includes a collection system, lift stations and evaporation lagoons. Operate a potable water treatment plant and distribution system, monitors, maintains, and repairs all facets of the potable water operation. Plan short and long-range programming for labor, material, and equipment requirements for routine, cyclic, preventive and rehabilitation maintenance and contract projects under supervised areas of responsibility. Plan, execute, and monitor budgets and expenditures in a park or similar environment. Determine the necessary personnel, tools, material, and equipment required to accomplish assignments effectively and efficiently. Ensure that Natural and Cultural Resource compliance documents are prepared and entered into the Planning, Environment and Public Comment (PEPC) compliance program and approved for affected work unit projects. Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of asset management plans. Use computers, hardware, and software programs to manipulate, transfer, and utilize existing data to create files and reports which may support maintenance operations, i.e., MS Word, Excel, Facility Condition Asset (FCAS), Cost Estimating Software System (CESS), Project Management Information System (PMIS), Planning Environment and Public Comment (PEPC) or similar software programs. Use Administrative Finance System (AFS4) or equivalent budget and financial information program to determine operations, maintenance and project costs, and monitor budget and financial plans. Use the Facility Management Software System (FMSS), Facility Condition Asset (FCAS), Cost Estimating Software System (CESS) or similar facility management software to forecast, manage, document, and implement maintenance program. Collect and record data related to life cycle, deferred and preventative maintenance, and cost estimates. Utilize guidelines such as facility branch guidelines, contract documents, engineering guides, manufacturer's catalogs, estimating guides, OSHA standards and other technical and job-related literature to perform work in facility maintenance. Establish priorities, deadlines, and methods to accomplish tasks and meet schedules. Direct field programs and activities to facilitate the accomplishment of established park and division goals and objectives. Prepare and evaluate scopes of work, standardized cost estimates, and construction documents for facility management projects to be utilized with 'in-house labor' or prepared for contracting. Review and inspect the progress of work, and make necessary recommendations or changes in methods and procedures to reduce or control cost, and accomplish work assignments effectively. Implement procedures to ensure accurate entry, tracking, and reporting of information concerning facilities maintenance and asset condition. Interact effectively with local management, higher level office personnel, and facility maintenance staff at the peer and supervisory level. Review proposed projects to identify the feasibility of and opportunities for sharing resources, bundling of work orders into larger projects, and other means of achieving cost efficiency. Merge work order data and create facility management proposals using the Project Management Information System (PMIS) or equivalent to develop project funding requests, including project descriptions, justifications, beginning and ending Facility Condition Index, work order types, and cost estimates. Ensure operational compliance with organizational guidelines, and state and federal regulations concerning natural and cultural resources, building codes, acceptable safety standards/regulations, hazardous materials/waste, trade and sustainable practices, etc. Use resourcefulness, judgment and initiative to select, adapt, and apply regulations, policies and principles to facility projects. Promote and support the sustainable use of natural resources, such as reducing the amount of waste generated, purchasing environmentally preferable products, and recycling and reusing materials To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
