Maintenance Worker Leader

Lead maintenance crews, schedules work assignments, and plans work orders. Coordinates closely with a diverse mix of individuals and interpret instructions to individuals on work assignments. Ability to understand and interprets oral and written instructions to complete tasks. Lead and perform work in a variety of trades areas such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, etc. Must have knowledge in determining what materials/products to use for each trade of work (i.e. plumbing, masonry, carpentry, electrical, etc.). Required to work in a safe manner for the protection of self and fellow workers, or when using mechanical tools and equipment. Operates a variety of motor vehicles and other motorized equipment SELECTIVE FACTOR:
This position will operate a government vehicle and a valid State driver's license is required. Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Worker Leader without more than normal supervision. (SCREEN OUT) Ability to interpret instructions and specifications. Skill in technical trades practices to perform maintenance work. Knowledge of materials such as painting products, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, equipment maintenance, janitorial, electrical, etc. Ability to safely use and maintain tools, equipment, and measuring instruments. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
